ATCFO offers job placement services for graduates of our training programs who demonstrate exceptional performance. Qualified controllers who earn a CTO certification from an ATCFO sponsored school will be referred to suitable FCT and Non-FCT facilities. We also prioritize the placement of qualified veteran Air Traffic Controllers (ATCS), retired FAA ATCS, or experienced ATCS with a previous CTO in positions that align with their expertise.
